Boulding. People living on Earth are on board the Spaceship Earth, and in order to coexist with each other, it is necessary to accept differences in race, nationality, and culture, and to work together to cope with environmental, diplomatic, and other issues. I would like to encourage young people living in Hawaii to look to the world and actively go abroad to learn many things so that they can become leaders in the international community.apan is one of the best countries in the world for studying abroad because it is very safe. Tokai University, in particular, currently has about 1,300 to 1,400 international students from about 50 countries.
